What must a client provide before work begins?
- Project facts: provide accurate descriptions, links and materials relevant to the work.
- Approvals: name the person who can review and approve project materials.
- Access: share only the account or platform access that the agreed work requires.
Clients are responsible for checking that supplied claims, creative assets and instructions are accurate and that they have the right to share them. Third-party platforms control their own reviews, eligibility decisions, ranking signals and placement rotation; those outcomes are not commitments that AEOTech can make. Our commitment is to the work and placements stated in the written scope, not to a platform decision beyond our control.
